Shipping to the United States
We ship to all 50 states, Washington, DC, U.S. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your shipping address and selected items.

Shipping Methods
Economy orders will be shipped by UPS SurePost and may be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Standard orders may be delivered by UPS or USPS. Expedited, overnight, and Saturday orders will be shipped and delivered by UPS.
Unfortunately, we can only ship to P.O. Boxes via Economy shipping. Please allow up to two additional weeks for delivery of all monogrammed and personalized orders. Our flat-rate shipping and handling fees apply regardless of order size or weight. In some cases, the flat rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs.
Free Shipping Terms
Free shipping and handling is valid for Connection Insiders on orders shipping to the continental U.S. and P.O. Boxes only. You must be signed in to your Connection Insider Loyalty customer account at the time of purchase to receive these rates. Offers cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Free shipping and handling will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. Terms of the offer are subject to change.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple packages. If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or different destinations), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.
Connection Marketplace (U.S. Only)
The same shipping timelines and rates apply to our Marketplace products. Items will ship directly from the Marketplace vendor, so your package will arrive with their branding. Tracking information can be found in your order history and shipping confirmation email.
